Before you order
Will it fit my shower?
It is a handheld head that screws onto a shower hose. Our supplier does not state the thread size, so we cannot promise it fits every hose. If you are not sure, email hello@getmarova.com before you order and we will help. A hose and wall holder are not included.
Does it remove chlorine?
Our supplier describes the head as dechlorinating. We have not tested that, so we do not claim it removes chlorine or anything else. We list the parts and materials exactly as the supplier states them.
How often should I change the cartridge?
Our supplier does not give a cartridge life, so we do not invent one. Refills come three to a pack, so you have spares whenever you decide to change it.
Where does my order ship from?
From our fulfilment supplier's warehouse in China. The carrier estimate is 4 to 7 days in transit to the US, counted from dispatch. See shipping.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email hello@getmarova.com with your order details and a photo. A faulty, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded. See returns.
